Ugh I get spots, but so far I’ve not got a scar!! I’m just dreading the fact that it can easily happen. Acne for 11 years of my life but now I’m clearing up! Still my skin decides to get pissed off and gives me a huge zit maybe every 4 days. Damn skin!

I had really bad acne when I was 13 it would not go away! I ate healthy, drank tons of water, washed my face, avoided touching my face, I tried lots of tretments. But nothing worked until I went to a dermetologist. I had some scars and huge cists. Started using 2 different medications one for current acne and one for scars. Cleared up right away! Acne is so stressful please get rid of it before it gets to late! My docter recomended washing my face w/ shampoo worked really well!!

hmm eating veges and less meat can avoid acne.. almost everyday we have noodles and veges. i havent got acne since 2007 i was 16. trust me this works!!!

Having bad acne really is frustrating and sooo much degrading most of the time, well for a teenager like me. But I have learned to overcome that, it doesn’t matter what other people will say as long as you feel good about yourself,everything will be fine.
