It has to be Apple cider because it’s much more gentle!
Usual Vinegar is a bit too aggressive, on your skin and not easily digestible.
And believe me. Apple Cider smell is half as bad as any other. And Apple Cider already smells like… woah LOL

Yeah right. I did that and it doesn’t work along with the B5 and what not. I would go through a bottle in a week. Then I got some vinegar pills – you just swallow them and have the same effect. I like the taste of vinegar anyway so it wasn’t hard for me to drink it pure.

i wish it was as simple as drinking vinegar. if i knew vinegar would clear up my acne i wouldn’t have a problem drinking it no matter how horrid it tastes. sorry but i’m not even going to bother to try this.

Sure, put it in foods that call for vinegar. It has to be apple cider vinegar, not white vinegar. White vinegar doesn’t have the health benefits as acv.
