Doesn’t exfoliation do damage to the skin? I’ve had doctors tell me I can’t even wash my skin with an exfoliant. Maybe it’s my skin type but I’ve heard it’s not good for sensitive skin.
I completely avoid dairy products and have NO ACNE at all.
I get calcium through other sources.

just use a scrub every other day and some Oxy or otc product,but for Serious acne DO NOT USE A SCRUB or PRODUCTS like she said it just makes the skin more oily, just get a clean soft hand towel and turn you sink to hot until you cant hold your hand under it for more than a few seconds then soak the towel and blot your face every few blots reapply the hot water this wont make your skin oily and it cleans your face i do it every night beforebed,i had medium kind of acne i saw difference in 2 days
